Planning and implementing restructuring, including geographic relocation of departments.

RESERVES STRATEGY

Working with trustees and executive to develop scenario-based reserves policies.

INVESTMENT STRATEGY

Setting up investment committees, developing an investment approach suited to the organisation and its risk appetite and tendering and appointing investment managers.

PENSION REORGANISATION AND NEGOTIATION

Working with trustees and their advisers on structural changes to the scheme and on triennial valuations of DB schemes.
