We believe that sustainable change is founded on a strong vision and purpose that honours the charitable objectives of an organisation. We work with leadership teams and trustee boards to develop and express their vision and to ensure the business strategy, people strategy and business model are fully aligned with it.
We recognise that sustainable change requires an understanding of organisational culture as well as systems and processes. We work throughout the organisation to develop and implement responsive change programmes, managing the challenges and opportunities arising from merger integration, business restructuring or sectoral disruption.
We work in an interim capacity in CFO and COO roles across the not for profit sector to find sustainable solutions to financial and operational challenges. Our experience includes managing financial recovery, pension restructuring, technology installations and the redesign of finance departments.
